    Position / Role Description


    The Compensation Coordinator is responsible for working directly with the Crew Resources Team, cross functioning RSO Departments and Restaurant locations to administer and deliver Compensation programs to all Crewmembers. 


    The ultimate objective of the Analyst is to provide information for requests from Restaurants, BU and RSO.  The Analyst will assist with ongoing compensation compliance, annual processes and Workday support.  


    The Analyst will be responsible for the administration and processing of updating salary surveys and databases.  The Analyst will be required to manipulate data by using Excel and other software programs to support requests from Restuarants, BU and RSO as well as Compensation projects.

    Principal Responsibilities & Duties


    Respond to management requests on compensation offerings for new and existing positions. Provide all necessary documentation and follow up resources on each response. 

    Provide prompt response to pay and data inquires from Restaurant, BU and RSO management. 

    Determine appropriate methods to obtain data, interpret and respond timely, accurately and appropriately for the audience. 

    Maintains databases with current crew salary for customized and industry reporting and analysis. Interpret report findings and provide suggestions for improvement and change.

    Particpate in annual salary and industry surveys.

    Administer and run adhoc, weekly and monthly reporting as needed.




    Support Crewmember’s use of Workday as it relates to Compensation.  Test workday functionality for new rollouts as well as periodic system updates.


    Stay up to date on legislation and compliance. Complete periodic research on minimum wage legislation.  Assist with Minimum Wage review process which includes reviewing legislation, impact analysis and provide recommendation for minimum wage changes.

    Other Support:

    Provide support on initiatives such as annual events (bonus planning, cost of living adjustments and total reward statements) and off cycle promotion or merit increases, recognition programs and special requests from leadership.

    Qualifications, Experience & Education


    • 1-3 years of Finance or HR experience; Compenstion experience a plus
    • Must have an advanced knowledge of Excel; experience manipulating data into a digestable format is a plus
    • HRIS experience a plus
    • Proficient in a variety of technology systems, especially Microsoft Office (Excel, Access, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)
    • Bachelor’s degree required
