Raising Cane’s Chicken Fingers® is seeking a Manager of Crew Development as we continue to Raise the Bar on how we grow our talent. This role will be based in our Plano RSO and primarily responsible for supporting key programs to onboard and develop our Crewmembers.
Primary duties will include managing the onboarding process and execution for Business Unit and RSO Crewmembers, support of Raising Cane’s Management College, Managing Partner Candidate Program, and RSO Departmental Overviews. This role will also be responsible for the support of additional developmental programs as needs are identified.
This position requires a strong professional presence, consultative and collaborative leadership, program management, and solid facilitation skills. The position will also have the opportunity to learn from and work across multiple functions at the RSO and the Raising Cane’s Business Unit Team.
