  • Overview

    The Senior Analyst, Benefits & Crew Systems is a subject matter expert on critical Crew (Human) Resources, Compensation and Benefits processes and reporting. This position provides day to day support to key stakeholders through interaction, understanding, review and recommendation of business process improvement that will better prepare the organization for scale and growth.


    Primary Responsibilities

    • Responsible for executing and monitoring cyclical processes such as open enrollment, performance management and merit planning in Workday
    • Performs multiple routine data audits and reconciliations to assist in maintaining data integrity, compliance and accuracy of all Crew data (ie – minimum wage, compensation grades, base pay, incentives, allowances, health and retirement benefits elections, absence plans, job profiles, job changes, certifications, onboarding, etc.)
    • Identifies trends in data and continually seeks to improve business processes and create efficiencies when possible
    • Will be responsible for creating and modifying reports and analyzing data and metrics that allow the team to make informed business decisions
    • Responsible for resolution of escalated Workday helpdesk tickets relating to the Crew Resources, Compensation and Benefits business processes
    • Proactively monitors integrations and partners with IT to troubleshoot errors and with vendors to resolve issues impacting Crewmember enrollment and eligibility
    • Serves as the functional Crew Resources, Compensation and Benefits SME on all semi-annual Workday feature releases, new functionality implementations, optimization requests and partners with IT on prioritization of open issues
    • Partners with Training, Communications and Restaurant Excellence on modified business processes impacting Crew and/or Managers
    • Assists with providing data for compliance filings for various federal, state and local entities
    • Performs other projects and duties as assigned

    • Technical proficiency in MS Office, including Word, Excel and PowerPoint
    • Broad knowledge of multiple functional areas within Workday (ie – HCM, Time Tracking, Absence, Benefits, Advanced Compensation, Talent, Performance, etc.)
    • Prior system implementation is a plus


    Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources

    • 5+ years combined Compensation, Benefits and/or HRIS experience
    • Prior Workday experience is required
    • Eligibility to lawfully work in the U.S. is required
