The Senior Analyst, Benefits & Crew Systems is a subject matter expert on critical Crew (Human) Resources, Compensation and Benefits processes and reporting. This position provides day to day support to key stakeholders through interaction, understanding, review and recommendation of business process improvement that will better prepare the organization for scale and growth.
