The Divisional Leader of Restaurant Training is responsible for delivering effective Training to all Restaurant-based Crewmembers within a Division. This position directs and oversees teams responsible for day-to-day training, development and facilitation across Company Restaurants within the assigned Division, aimed at providing stable growth and adherence to Cane’s high standards for Crew and Customer experience, while maintaining strong financial performance at the Restaurant level.
This role will partner directly with Operations and key stakeholders to assess Restaurant learning needs, certify training Restaurants, identify high potential talent, deploy new systems/programs, deliver ongoing training and development, and open new Restaurants. In addition, this position will serve as an ambassador for the brand, lead a large team, deploy industry-leading training & development programs, and create positive learning environments which align with the brand identity, and fully align with Raising Cane’s mission, values and goals.
The Divisional Leader of Training is responsible for all aspects of Restaurant training. This includes but it not limited to: Crewmember onboarding and training, Advanced Crew training programs execution, identification and development of high potential Crewmembers, Shift Manager, Operations Manager and General Manager training execution, identification and development of high potential Managers, deployment and rollout of Company-directed initiatives and programs, budgeting for all costs incurred by Training teams and training in the Restaurants, reporting on performance across all areas of responsibility. The DLT leads and directs strategy pertaining to Restaurant training to alignment with Company direction and goals.
