The Creative Director will lead the internal creative process, creative team, freelance designers, and collaborate with external agency partners. This person is responsible for bringing the brand to life through all touch points including but not limited to; internal brand projects, national campaigns, packaging, uniforms, brand graphics, and localized advertising. This person should be exceptionally strong in coming up with new concepts and a master at taking strategic objectives and tying them to ideas that create an emotional connection with customers.
To be successful in this role this person should be comfortable working in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment, where last minute projects are an everyday occurrence. An ability to laugh, go with the flow, and a healthy knowledge of comedy movie quotes, all things sports, and pop culture is a must.
