The Manager, Benefits serves as a functional leader, responsible for the implementation and communication of the benefits strategy and other crew resources Initiatives. The Manager is responsible for ensuring all applicable programs, including benefits offerings, wellness, reporting, and compliance, are executed efficiently per agreed upon processes and guidelines.
This position is responsible for the day to day administration of all benefit programs and implementation of new benefits initiatives. Provides customer service support to employees on benefit matters, facilitates enrollment in benefits and new program roll-outs, and recommends improvements to service and delivery.
