The Total Quality Coordinator position for Raising Cane’s will monitor the overall quality of food, beverage, and supply items. This role will analyze all products on an individual schedule to insure compliance with product specifications and provide summaries to the Director of Total Quality, targeted stakeholders, and suppliers.


Analyze Products:

  • Works with Director of Total Quality to insure all products meet minimum standards.
  • Independently manages the routine product audit program, including procuring product, evaluating quality attributes, and scheduling product cuttings.
  • Compiles routine quality documentation and reports based on audit results.
  • Shares feedback with suppliers to maintain and or improve quality and consistency of products across the Cane’s system.
  • Assists in developing product specifications and quality attributes; measuring compliance; documenting evidence; determining operational and performance qualification; writing and updating quality assurance procedures.
  • Monitor and follow up on quality issues reported by Restaurants through the Raising Cane’s incident reporting program.
  • Monitor and investigate all alerts initiated by the temperature monitoring program.
  • Monitor and update supplier weight logs.

Field Support:

  • Develop & maintain an efficient product feedback and information summary based on current quality programs in place; chicken weight logs, etc.
  • Establish appropriate product quality metrics and share that feedback with Operations as part of continuous improvement.

Support Company Growth:

  • Updates job knowledge by studying trends and developments in quality assurance; participating in educational opportunities; reading professional publications; maintaining personal networks; participating in professional organizations.
  • Provide operational support as needed during times of severe weather and crisis recovery.


Degree in Food Science, Biology, Chemistry or other with work experience

Broad restaurant operations experience or willingness to develop through training
Proficient in a variety of technology systems, especially Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Publisher and Outlook)
