Supervises a team of Training Advisors who are primarily responsible for the delivery and implementation of effective learning systems as existing prototypes, both Company and Franchise locations. The Regional Training Manager is responsible for enabling the company’s mission and vision by promoting and supporting a learning culture and guiding the implementation of the company’s learning strategy. Provides guidance and expertise on training and development issues to the Operations Team. In addition, they assist with the development of organizational learning systems that support the needs of the business, align with overall Raising Cane’s learning goals and help to improve individual and organizational performance. Collaborates with a variety of internal stakeholders for the purpose of developing and implementing new company processes and systems. This position requires 50-75% travel domestically.
