Every talented Crewmember in our Restaurant Support Office (RSO) is integral to our success and a value to our rapidly growing company. Raising Cane’s Chicken Fingers® is seeking a Multimedia Producer to be based in our Plano RSO. This role is primarily responsible for the planning and execution of all internal video production for hourly Crewmembers, Managers and RSO Crewmembers. Primary duties will include ideating concepts, script creation, storyboard development, vendor management, invoice processing, onsite ownership of video production, post production editing and final production and delivery.  This position requires advanced video production expertise, negotiating, budgeting, scripting and communication skills.  This position will have the opportunity to learn from and work alongside our multi-functional Learning & Development Team – Learning & Development (L&D), Communications and Meetings & Events.



  • Develops scripts, storyboards and teleprompter content
  • Develop concepts that will help Crew better connect with our Customers, product, Culture, etc.
  • Collaborate with RSO Crew on creative ideas and solutions
  • Create video production strategic plan for the organization by partnering with key stakeholders to develop video strategy for their specific needs
  • Manage budget, vendors and invoicing
  • Review and update our video procedures, which provide operational discipline for future projects
  • Participate in concept and design sessions
  • Participate in production planning
  • Download and prepare footage and other materials for post-production editing



  • Support all RSO departments through video production, idea development and special event coverage
  • Shoot and edit video that will be used for recruiting videos, training materials, NRO events, conferences, etc.
  • Contribute video content for all videos and multimedia productions
  • Manage workflow and scheduling for internal videos
  • Setup and operate equipment to capture video and audio
  • Communicate project status on a regular basis
  • Work closely with Crewmembers on all video related matters



  • Act as video editing specialist for the team
  • Maintain and upkeep equipment and the video set
  • Act as creative lead on all video shoots and responsible for securing approval of internal edit productions
  • Use appropriate software and equipment to edit video and audio per specifications
  • Perform some illustration/animation functions
  • Maintenance of all in-house gear, assuring equipment is ready for all remotes and checked in after all shoots
  • Establish and maintain multimedia post-production processes with a focus on organizing, cataloging and archiving of video footage and photography



  • Serve as primary Company photographer, supporting all RSO departments through photography, idea development and special event coverage
  • Shoot and edit photography that will be used for internal communication usage including intranet, videos, recruiting, training materials, NRO events, conferences, etc.
  • Manage workflow and scheduling for internal photography
  • Setup and operate equipment to capture photography
  • Communicate project status on a regular basis
  • Work closely with Crewmembers on all photography related matters
  • Maintain and upkeep equipment and the photography set materials
  • Manage outsourced photography needs, including sourcing, material capture, negotiation, payment and receipt of final files


Event Audio/Visual

  • Serve as primary Company lead, supporting all internal RSO event and conference A/V needs through idea development and primary point of contact
  • Assist in determining need and planning associated with special event and conference A/V needs


  • Bachelor's Degree preferred
  • 2 years of experience required in a similar role
  • Strong experience using Adobe Creative Cloud products (Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator, Encore)
  • Must be able to manage multiple projects and deadlines under direct supervision and independently
  • Effective and consistent communication with colleagues and our vendors
  • Commitment to highest production quality on all projects
  • Open to learning, dedicated to improving, committed to excellence
  • Clear understanding of video formatting, editing, and enhancing techniques
  • Video production experience, including multi-camera shooting and editing
  • Strong knowledge of editing software
  • Operate wireless lavs and monitor audio
  • Handle delicate camera equipment and lenses properly, including packing for travel and cleaning
  • General knowledge of operating a teleprompter required
  • Script writing required
  • Previous work experience in a corporate environment preferred
  • Strong written and verbal skills
  • Ability to handle stressful and time sensitive situations in a cool, effective manner
  • Ability to work well with others
  • Need to deliver high quality service/content, on/under budget, in a fast turnaround time frame
