The Restaurant Support Office Administrator works at the front desk of the RSO, supporting all departments to ensure that all clerical duties are performed at Cane’s standards. He/she ensures appropriate communication is maintained throughout the RSO. This position provides high-level administrative support by preparing statistical reports, handling information requests, preparing correspondence, and handling logistics and inventories.


  1. Performs Clerical Duties:  Answers phones; greets guests; schedules meetings (including ordering meals); shipping packages; sorting mail; orders office supplies; makes copies as needed; sends faxes as needed; travel arrangements; performs routine filing all while maintaining confidential information; serve as additional resources for various RSO departments
  2. Works Special Projects:  Is assigned special projects with various departments; ensures project is completed timely, accurately, and within specifications of person making requests
  3. Inventory Maintenance: Assigned to help maintain inventory maintenance for RSO and the restaurants
  4. Logistics Coordination: Helps coordinate the logistics between the RSO and restaurants
  5. Additional Tasks:  Organizes and orders supplies for RSO Breakroom


  • Proficient in a variety of technology systems, especially Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint)
  • Experience with handling confidential information
  • One to three years of relevant experience with Office Administration work preferred
