Responsibilities

  • Monitor Facility System Process Flow: re-assign work orders, follow up on service providers, and manage NTE based on service type, advice managers on best process
  • Keep Facility System Data Current: restaurant data, equipment data, assignment of service providers, Raising Cane's hierarchy
  • Complete New Restaurant Opening (NRO) Checklist and all associated tasks for new restaurants
  • Support Work Day tasks as directed
  • Code, approve, and process Repair & Maintenance invoices within assigned limits
  • Provide project support: refreshes, capital projects, large R&M projects, internal projects
  • Maintain and update E-filing systems as new data is made available
  • Maintain data archives: service providers, equipment, restaurants, budgets, invoices
  • Track expiration dates of COI’s, notify Service Providers, reconcile to ensure 100% compliance
  • Maintain Facilities Coordinator Manual to facilitate training of future coordinators
  • Store and maintain all Facilities documents within designated intranet system
  • Performs reference checks on new service providers attempting to seek approval with RC
  • Special projects as assigned
  • General Office Administration
    • Meeting Agendas, Minutes, Meals
    • Mail, UPS & FedEx
    • Scheduling and meeting planning support
  • Support Facilities Managers in the field: CMMS administration, service provider follow up, sourcing information
  • Support Facilities Managers with travel needs: hotels, flights, car rentals
  • Assist in Facilities strategic plan implementation
  • Coordination & communication with cross functional departments
  • Support and coordinate with supplier partners/service providers
  • Assist in preparation of Requests for Proposal (RFP)
  • Monitor Construction calendar for NRO assignments, tasks
  • Respond appropriately to customer queries and escalate as appropriate
  • Provide continuous improvement ideas and implement appropriately

Qualifications

  • High School Diploma required; Associate's Degree preferred
  • 1+ years experience in a role supporting a Facilities / Maintenance department
  • General understanding of Restaurant Operations
  • High attention to detail and organization
  • Be proficient in Microsoft Office package (Word, Excel, Power Point & Outlook)
  • Be proficient in Data base data management / administration
  • Able to multi-task and change focus quickly
