The Senior Analyst, Compensation is responsible for working with cross-functional departments to administer and deliver compensation (total rewards) packages to employees.
The ultimate objective of the Analyst is to provide information to company leadership and recruiting team to make salary recommendations, while crafting competitive individualized compensation (and total rewards) packages. The Analyst will take lead by updating and communicating the ongoing performance management initiatives and the annual merit increase and bonus processes.
The Analyst will be responsible for the administration and processing of updating salary surveys and databases, while tailoring job bands to specific market wage analyses. The Analyst will be required to manipulate data by using Excel and other software programs to support recommendations made.
