The Compensation Manager serves as a functional leader, responsible for the implementation and communication of the Total Rewards strategy and other Crew Resources initiatives. The Manager is responsible for ensuring all applicable programs, including: compensation, relocation, and reporting, are executed efficiently per agreed upon processes and guidelines.
In partnership with other functions, the Manager, Total Rewards is responsible for driving core Crew Resources programs, including annual compensation planning, performance management, job & salary structures and compliance.
