The Lease Administration Coordinator is primarily responsible for supporting the Lease Administration Department in recording lease information for all stages of a lease; including but not limited to lease origination, commencement, amendments, estoppels, assignments and assumptions, initiating lease payments, and responding to inquiries from lessors. This position also provides services to all levels of the organization, which requires customer service focus and strong interpersonal communication skills both written and verbal.
