The Regional Operations Coordinator is responsible for the support of Regional field operations and the Regional Vice President’s administrative responsibilities.


  • Maintains Schedule – Maintains the Regional Vice President’s business calendar and team calendar; schedules meetings as needed.
  • Arranges Travel – Manages travel reservations for the Regional Vice President.
  • Event Planning and Execution – Plan, lead and execute successful regional events and support the planning of regional meetings and events.
  • Meeting Assistance – Prepares materials for meetings or presentations that the RVP will conduct.  May attend some meetings to record, transcribe and distribute minutes of meeting.
  • Performs Office Functions – Performs routine office functions such as answering phone calls; receiving correspondence; and receiving and directing visitors as needed.
  • Department Contact – Serve as the liaison between departments such as: Cane’s Love, Marketing, and Office Services. Coordinate with other RSO Departments for planning processes.
  • Cane’s Love – Administration for the region and various areas, to include: planning, ticket distribution, tracking and coordination with RVP.
  • Expense Report and Budget Support – Supports department with expense report tracking, submission of budget reports as required, tracking of project and department expenses as needed.
  • Process Invoices – Process, prepare, and track invoices and purchase orders for approval including inventory management of the marketing event materials, P-Card reconciliation for the RVP and direct reports.
  • Tracks PTO – Tracks department Paid Time Off requests and reports to the RVP and Crew Resources for Region and Areas.
  • Projects – Coordinate some project based work as needed.
  • Regional QBR – Planning and execution of Quarterly Business Review Process.


  • Associate’s Degree required, or equivalent experience
  • Two years of administrative experience required
  • Knowledge of office administrative practices and procedures
  • Proficient in a variety of applications, especially Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
