Primarily responsible for the delivery and implementation of effective learning systems at existing prototypes and New Restaurant Openings. They are a key advocate for learning and development by representing the function as an execution and delivery specialist and performance coach/consultant. In addition, they assist with the development of organizational learning systems that support the needs of the business; align with overall Raising Cane’s learning goals and help to improve individual and organizational performance. This position requires 50-75% travel domestically.
