  • Overview

    The Creative Services Department, within the Marketing Division, is comprised of three primary functions – Brand Support, Design, and Production. The focus is to concept, develop, design, produce, and distribute materials that ultimately support the Restaurants through local, regional, and national marketing campaigns and programs, restaurant signage, brand graphics, artwork, uniforms, packaging, and various training, operations, and crew appreciation initiatives.


    This support encompasses activity across multiple categories and disciplines to include Print/POP, Premium/Ad Specialties, Apparel, Motion Graphics, Digital, Social, and Traditonal Media.


    These efforts are all focused on strengthening and driving the brand, communicating with our Customers, connecting with future Customers, and enhancing the in-restaurant experience for both our Customers and Crewmembers.


    The Creative Services Project Manager is responsible for managing the end-to-end creative development process for all Restaurant Marketing Tools & Programs. This includes managing all field-based Restaurant Marketing and Franchise Partner creative projects submitted through the creative request system and working collaboratively with the Brand Marketing Team to develop and implement new programs and improve existing programs. They are tasked with managing the workflow of projects – maintaining continuous communication and working collaboratively with the Requesters, Designers, Stakeholders, and Production to ensure that all projects are on brand, accurate, effective, and on schedule.


    Primary Responsibility

    • Own and oversee the creative process from briefing to production and final delivery.
    • Develop and manager project timelines to ensure that all projects follow the proper approval process gaining alignment from all key stakeholders.
    • Effectively manage multiple projects/campaigns to support the creative needs of the Restaurant Marketing and Franchise Partner teams.
    • Maintain continuous communication across teams and update project management tools on an ongoing basis to keep all relevant relevant parties abreast of the status.
    • Collaborate with Designers and Production on a day-to-day basis to ensure that projects are on brand, accurate, effective and completed on schedule.
    • Provide direction and support to internal and external agency partners in the development of all Restaurant Marketing Tools & Programs.

    Secondary Responsibility

    • Create and maintain a highly creative, flexible and collaborative atmosphere and culture, promoting continuous improvement and innovation.
    • Look for continuous improvement opportunities in the creative development process and support implementation of the Digital Asset Manager, Ad Builder, and Brand Store.
    • Support Director of Production in tracking feedback, issues, and enhancements to improve future processes/executions.
    • Maintain accurate and up-to-date report on hours.

    Tertiary Responsibility

    • Keep Senior Creative Services Manager apprised on a regular basis of overall workload, potential issues, issues, etc.
    • Assist Senior Creative Services Manager in maintaing accurate report of urgent projects that affect team bandwidth.



    • Bachelor’s Degree Required – Marketing or Advertising degree preferred.
    • Preferably minimum of 5 years of In-house or Agency advertising experience required.
    • Experience working with Graphic Design Artists.
    • Proficient in Excel, PP, Word – some knowledge of Adobe Photoshop/Illustrator preferred.
    • Experience within the QSR industry (with Franchise operations) highly desirable.
