  • Overview

    The Recruitment Operations Manager is responsible for managing and refining candidate sourcing strategies, recruiting processes and tools to enhance our capabilities to effectively hire top talent.  This role will provide support to the Restaurant Recruiting Team and Business Unit Leaders in the execution of market and Restaurant specific recruiting plans, including hard-to-fill markets and NROs.  In addition to supporting sourcing initiatives, this individual will be responsible for developing and delivering recruitment reports and conducting analysis on Crew specific data to help inform recruiting strategy.  The Recruitment Operations Manager is also responsible for producing weekly, monthly and quarterly reports for the entire recruiting function.

     

    The Recruitment Operations Manager helps build and deliver solutions that support the overall recruiting team strategy in order to meet the increasing hiring needs to support company growth. This position supports the recruiting team by driving recruitment systems and process related projects. These projects include new system implementations, workflow process configuration, system integrations, training, reporting, analysis and process improvements. This person will challenge the status quo and consistently seek opportunities to innovate, or re-engineer processes that will maximize the ability of the recruiting team to provide support to the organization.

    Responsibilities

    Recruitment Reporting & Analysis

    • Lead the process of producing weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual reports for the recruiting function while evaluating and developing new reporting capabilities to support business needs 
    • Develop and manage hiring needs forecasting processes to provide data that will help with business resource planning and budgeting
    • Use iCIMS, Google Analytics and vendor provided data to evaluate the entire candidate search and apply ecosystem to find ways to increase conversions and return on investment with advertising vendors
    • Provide ad hoc reporting and analysis of recruitment related data as requested

    Recruitment Advertising & Candidate Sourcing

    • Launch and manage recruitment advertising campaigns in focus markets to attract top talent and reach potential influencers
    • Implement campaigns promoting the employer brand to further establish Raising Cane’s as an employer of choice and attract high potential candidates under the direction of the VP of Recruitment
    • Ensure that recruitment advertising and sourcing strategies align with near-term and long-term workforce needs
    • Research and identify new sourcing strategies including new technologies, advertising media channels, national and local partnerships
    • Manage the Social Media advertising platforms for recruitment (in partnership with marketing) including content development, candidate engagement, budget, and individual campaign management

    Recruitment Systems & Technology

    • Serve as the recruiting team system administrator for iCIMS, providing support to the recruiters and hiring managers, ensuring that all users have the right access, the candidate workflow is configured correctly, and the system is consistently functioning as intended
    • Provide training and systems support for iCIMS Applicant Tracking System, Corvirtus/Watson Glaser/LTI Assessment Platforms, Workday Onboarding, Orange Tree Background Checks and Element CMS
    • Act as the first line of defense for troubleshooting issues with recruitment systems; managing the internal communication and issue resolution process from escalation (if necessary) to final resolution
    • Serve as the project lead for any new recruitment systems through the RFP, selection, configuration, integration and implementation process

    Budget & Vendor Relationship Management

    • Assist in preparing the annual budget for recruitment advertising and candidate sourcing efforts
    • Manage relationships with vendors and closely monitor spend to ensure best possible return on investment
    • Support the VP of Recruiting to ensure that all recruitment contracts are reviewed for business terms and passed along to our legal team for review before signing
    • Process recruiting team invoices and track recruitment advertising and agency spend

    Qualifications

    • 5 to 8 years of combined recruiting, recruitment team support or HRIS experience
    • Strong project management skills and a track record of getting complex tasks accomplished with both speed and accuracy
    • Experience with ATS software (preferably iCIMS) as a system administrator and report developer
    • Strong technical skills with a general knowledge of systems integration requirements
    • Expertise building complex reports in both excel and PowerPoint 
    • Experience creating recruitment advertising campaigns, building employer brand awareness through recruitment advertising strategies

    Education (or equivalent experience)

    • Bachelor’s degree required
