The Recruitment Operations Manager is responsible for managing and refining candidate sourcing strategies, recruiting processes and tools to enhance our capabilities to effectively hire top talent. This role will provide support to the Restaurant Recruiting Team and Business Unit Leaders in the execution of market and Restaurant specific recruiting plans, including hard-to-fill markets and NROs. In addition to supporting sourcing initiatives, this individual will be responsible for developing and delivering recruitment reports and conducting analysis on Crew specific data to help inform recruiting strategy. The Recruitment Operations Manager is also responsible for producing weekly, monthly and quarterly reports for the entire recruiting function.
The Recruitment Operations Manager helps build and deliver solutions that support the overall recruiting team strategy in order to meet the increasing hiring needs to support company growth. This position supports the recruiting team by driving recruitment systems and process related projects. These projects include new system implementations, workflow process configuration, system integrations, training, reporting, analysis and process improvements. This person will challenge the status quo and consistently seek opportunities to innovate, or re-engineer processes that will maximize the ability of the recruiting team to provide support to the organization.
