    Raising Cane’s Chicken Fingers® is seeking a Recruiting Department Coordinator to be based in our Plano, Texas Restaurant Support Office. This role is primarily responsible for providing administrative support to the Recruiting team. Responsibilities include supporting weekly, monthly and quarterly data collection and reporting for the Recruiting department as well as assiting with Recruiting team initiatives and special projects.  This role will also assist with coordinating department meetings, scheduling interviews and booking candidate travel.  This position will also play an important role in handling communications for the Recruiting team. 


    Recruiting Department Support

    • Provide administrative support to VP of Recruiting with departmental initiatives, presentation development and additional adminstrative tasks
    • Utilize the iCIMS Applicant Tracking System to compile and evaluate data on Recruiting metrics to create reports that will be distributed amongst Recruiting team and across the organization 
    • Facilitate Recruiting team communications including meeting notes and team updates 
    • Assist with processing invoices, expense report processing and department budget reporting
    • Schedule Recruiting team meetings, assists in creating agendas and presentations decks
    • Assist with developing and implementing recruitment process documentation and training materials
    • Participate on cross-functional project teams as necessary
    • Provide P-Card expense reporting support to department leadership
    • Represent the Company at job fairs and other recruiting events as necessary
    • Process Recruitment Social Media and Advertising requests 
    • Responsible for ensuring New Hire/Promotions Packs are sent to new hires 
    • Maintain a high level of confidentiality at all times both internally and externally

    Restaurant Recruiting Support

    • Manage Recruiter Scorecard, including compling all reporting metrics while ensuring accuracy and keeping updated
    • Partner with Regional Recruiting Managers to gather detailed narrative and updates in creating Recruiting team weekly, monthly and quarterly reports
    • Provide weekly updates to department leadership on application numbers, hires and other metrics requested
    • Partner with Regional Recruiting Managers and Restaurant Recruiters for Quarterly Management Stability Reporting
    • Provide iCIMS Applicant Tracking System support to the Restaurant Managers and Recruiters
    • Provide support with active online candidate sourcing in hard to fill markets 
    • Assist with advertising for Manager and Crewmember positions 
    • Assist in coordination of recruiting meetings and events

    RSO Recruiting Support

    • Assist with hiring manager communication and interview scheduling for candidates, including booking travel if necessary
    • Provide active candidate sourcing assistance
    • Complete reference checks as requested
    • Greet and provide tours for candidates visiting the RSO
    • Communicate assessment instructions to candidates
    • Compile job and applicant metrics as requested


    • Bachelor’s degree preferred
    • 1-3 years of experience in Human Resources, Recruiting or an administrative support role preferred
    • Advanced experience with Microsoft PowerPoint & Excel
    • Previous experience working with Applicant Tracking Systems prefferred

    Education (or equivalent experience)
