RSO Crewmembers are focused on ensuring that all our Restaurants and Crewmembers are successful.

    Responsibilities

    Principal Responsibilities & Duties

     

    Compliance:

    • Ensures Restaurants have all required and current Federal, State, Local and Company employment related posters and signage
    • Responds and manages unemployment claims in a timely manner
    • Ensures any government agency claims are quickly forwarded to the VP, Crew Relations and Legal
    • Files all legally required employment reporting under the guidance of the VP of Crew Relations and Legal

    Crew & Manager Support:

    • Will respond to Manager and Crewmember questions regarding policies, procedures and guidelines and will promptly refer all issues to the VP, Crew Relations

    Issue Management:

    • Will occasionally conduct issue intake ensure that issues are promptly forwarded to the VP, Crew Relations
    • Will conduct research to support investigations such as pulling payroll records and researching Crewmember locations

    Systems and Reporting:

    • Will have limited access rights to the Ethics Point Issue Management System and will update the system as required
    • Will produce Crew Relations Reports for Weekly and Monthly review

    Qualifications

    • Associates Degree or equivalent experience (Bachelor’s Degree preferred, but not required)
    • 2-4 years of HR Specialist (or directly related) experience in a fast-paced Human Resources or similar environment
    • Direct working expertise and proficiency in using a computer and the Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint)
    • Experience with using Workday preferred, but not required
    • Prior experience with employee relations and employee issue management preferred
