    Raising Cane’s Chicken Fingers® is seeking a Field Recruiting Manager to be based in Las Vegas. This role is primarily responsible for leading the Operations recruiting support team for the region. In addition to managing the full cycle recruiting process for a select number of Restaurants in the region, this person will be responsible for leading a team of field-based recruiters. This role will partner directly with regional leadership and other key stakeholders to assess Restaurant staffing needs, lead the near term and long term regional staffing strategy, rollout new systems/programs within the region, and ensure that our Restaurants are fully staffed. In addition, this position will serve as an ambassador for the brand in all markets, deploy industry-leading recruiting programs, and maintain positive recruiting practices which align with the brand identity, and fully align with Raising Cane’s mission, values and goals.  The Field Recruiting Manager is responsible for the development of successful strategies and plans to achieve regional goals & objectives with a focus on Restaurant Operations and Crew hiring.

    Responsibilities

    Direct Recruitment Support:

    • Leads NRO Crew hiring events to ensure successful hiring and onboarding Crewmembers to meet Raising Cane’s staffing pars
    • Develops market based or regional partnerships to support recruiting efforts in the region
    • Responsible for attracting and sourcing both internal and external candidates to create a talent pipeline to coincide with the organization’s growth strategy
    • Evaluates incoming applications and identify management talent that aligns with the organization’s model and culture
    • Leads the interview process and works with hiring managers to ensure candidates advance through the process according to standards set forth by the organization
    • Builds Raising Cane’s employment brand by increasing our presence in our communities and establishing relationships with universities, networking organizations, community based organizations, workforce centers and vendors to provide a pipeline of qualified and talented candidates

    Partnering with Regional Leadership:

    • Responsible for developing annual Talent Plans for each Business Unit (Restaurant, Area, Region), review on a quarterly basis to measure progress and amended as needed
    • Cultivates strong relationships with regional leadership and support teams ensuring that recruiting efforts are aligned with regional goals and objectives
    • Responsible for communicating and presenting regional recruiting data to the talent acquisition and regional operations leadership teams
    • Works closely with the regional NRO team to ensure recruitment team alignment with near term and long term regional growth plans
    • Calibrates with internal stakeholders to ensure alignment with company vision and goals and create comprehensive plans and strategies for sourcing internal and external talent

    Regional Field Recruitment Team Leadership:

    • Leads a team of Field Recruiters in providing strategic direction and leading the development of execution plans for regional staffing efforts
    • Monitors regional recruitment reports and recruiter dashboards to ensure the regional field recruiting team is meeting or exceeding performance standards
    • Responsible for the hiring, training and development of all field based recruitment positions within the region
    • Establishes and maintains talent market expertise including comprehensive view of regional trends and competitor best practices
    • Certifies that all regional recruiting and employment actions are in compliance with government regulations and organizational policies and procedures

    Qualifications

    • 3 – 5 years of recruitment experience
    • Multi-unit Retail / Restaurant / Hospitality experience preferred
    • Excellence in organizational management with the ability to coach & develop (all levels)
    • 2 years or restaurant industry experience, preferably in casual dining or quick service preferred
    • Demonstrated ability to work effectively, lead a high performing team & prioritize workload
    • Strong work ethic and “hands on” approach
    • High level of attention to detail, analytical & decisive
    • Exceptional people & interpersonal skills
    • Excellent verbal & written communication skills
    • Proven track record of aggressive goal setting, converting plans into action and performance measurement
