    Position / Role Description

     

    Office Services Assistants are an integral part of supporting the day to day operations of the Restaurant Support Office and the Crewmembers that work there.  From meeting and event setup/cleanup, supply ordering and special project support, the Office Services Asssitants have a variety of duties each day.  Our goal is to provide  everyone with an organized, clean, safe and positive physical work environment.

     

    The Office Services Assistant position will report to the Sr. Manager of Office Services and will work closely with other team members to ensure the office is running smoothly.

    Responsibilities

    Principal Responsibilities & Duties

    Primary Responsibilities – Office Assistant

    • General clerical and office duties; printing and binding; maintain supply inventory and supply ordering
    • Back up receptionist for daily breaks, lunch, end of day coverage and PTO days.
    • Assists with Meetings and Events with setup, teardown and cleanup
    • Special projects to assist with various departments as requested
    • Run errands for meetings, executive assistants and as needed
    • Conference room management; stocked, cleaned and organized
    • Maintain and organize Office Service closets
    • Performs other projects and duties as assigned

    Qualifications

    Qualifications, Experience & Education

     

    • College degree preferred or equivalent experience
    • 2+ years in office experience
    • Eligibility to lawfully work in the U.S. is required
