The Total Quality Poultry Manager- responsible for quality through all phases of poultry development, testing and implementation/production. This position evaluates chicken and establishes quality metrics/standards with suppliers, distrbutors and Restaurants to ensure adherence to specification. This role will establish a schedule for visits to production facilities based on risk criteria to ensure continued compliance to specification and processing criteria. This position will establish a quality program to evaluate finished product, identify quality trends, and communicate to key stakholders prior to shipment to Restaurants. This role works very closely with Purchasing, Research and Development, and Restaurant Excellence to ensure objectives are met. The Total Quality Poultry Manager is responsible for establishing strong relationships and quality communications with poultry suppliers at the plant level.
