  • Overview

    Position supports the Founder and Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of Raising Cane’s Chicken Fingers with over 390 locations in 24 states and one of the fastest growing restaurant companies in the country. The Personal Assistant to the CEO is a vital partner to Todd Graves, Founder and CEO. In addition to completing personal errands/tasks for the CEO/Founder and Family, the job description also requires the following: working knowledge of social media management; publicity management; event planning; scheduling and coordination duties of travel, both foreign and domestic.


    The successful candidate will embody the core values and commitments of Raising Cane’s and project those values onto all work projects and interactions with others. This is a fast paced job and candidate must to able to work smart, multi-task and efficiently complete all tasks. The ideal candidate will have strong references and a proven track record for longevity in a personal assistant role. May also serve as main point of contact when Executive Assistant to the CEO is away from the office.


    • Personal Requests – Maintains the personal calendar of events, ensuring he is briefed and provided relevant materials for meetings and appointments, in addition to personal requests including but not limited to the following items:
      • Personal shopping
      • Personal errands
      • Occasionally drive CEO/Founder to meetings
      • Occasionally assist with film shoots – steam wardrobe, maintain wardrobe inventory
      • Misc. research on artifacts, memorabilia, etc.
      • Responsible for ordering lunch for CEO/Founder when he is in the office
    • Travel Arrangements – Supervises all international and domestic travel arrangements (airline, hotel, car service, activities, etc.) for the CEO, his family, friends and other Company executives as directed. Also responsible for items related to travel including, but not limited to the following:
      • General Office Administration including, but not limited to, managing calendars, running errands, Coordinate and manage extensive international and domestic travel
      • Extensive/Detailed travel research, planning and execution, on call as needed during travel
      • Extensive itinerary development for local and international trips
      • Plan group travel for CEO, CEO and family, CEO and friends (flights, car service, hotels, reservations, etc)
      • Extensive event planning and research – tailgates, concerts, other entertainment that CEO and Family enjoy [on call or in attendance during events]
    • Social Media Management of the Founder/CEO- Responsible for formulation and execution of the personal social media strategy to the CEO/Founder with guidance from CEO’s Public Relations Leader or CEO/Founder himself 
      • Post photos on CEO/Founder social media accounts as directed by CEO’s Public Relations Leader or CEO/Founder
      • Maintain social media content calendar
      • Take photos/video as needed for social media content
    • Confidential Information – Maintains the confidentiality of sensitive information that may be divulged directly or indirectly.
    • Additional Responsibilities – In addition to the described tasks, this position will maintain responsibility of the following items:
      • Serve as main point of contact when Executive Assistant is away from the office
      • Maintain organized filing system and standards development
      • May coordinate entertainment for CEO and/or Spouse as requested [ticket purchasing and distribution, catering orders, drivers]
      • Maintain adequate inventory of Raising Cane’s gift baskets and promotional items
      • Must be HIGHLY flexible and expect that each day will be different and task may require time during lunch hours or after hours
      • May work some evenings and weekends as needed
      • Respond to emails/text outside of business hours
      • Must be extremely flexible and adaptable



    • Strong Social Media acumen
    • Valid driver’s license with clean driving record
    • Strong sense of responsibility and ability to complete tasks with minimal supervision
    • Proficient with Microsoft Office
    • Impeccable written and oral communication skills
    • Incredible sense of confidentiality

    Education (or equivalent experience)

    • High school diploma/GED required (Associate degree preferred)
    • Four Year College Degree preferred
