    The HRIS & Process Improvement Manager is a subject matter expert on critical processes and policies.  This position provides day to day support to key stakeholders through interaction, understanding, review and recommendation of business process improvement that will better prepare the organization for scale and growth.   Workday experience is a must!

    Principal Responsibilities & Duties

    Primary Responsibilities   

    • Collaborates with key stakeholders in Benefits, Compensation, Crew Relations, Recruiting, IT, Legal, Restaurant Excellence, Training, Communications, etc. to identify and refine business needs for Crew processes
    • Works closesly with IT Workday team on all system upgrades, new functionality implementations, optimization requests and prioritization of open issues
    • Serves as the Subject Matter Expert (SME) in the design and implementation of new Workday functionality and optimizations as prioritized by the IT Steering Committee
    • Aligns with IT on test scripts and scenarios and performs user acceptance testing for the semi-annual upgrades, launch of new functionality, break fixes, optimizations and cyclical processes
    • Manages the cyclical Crew Resources processes (ie – open enrollment, performance management, merit planning, etc.)
    • Performs data audits to assist in maintaining compliance and accuracy
    • Provides end-user troubleshooting, documents issues or defects, manages issues resolution and follows up with key stakeholders on system configuration changes
    • Creates or modifies functional Crew Resources reports and analyzes data and metrics to support Crew Resources leadership with making informed business decisions
    • Documents processes and prepares functional training materials for the Crew Resources team
    • Provides content for new and modified business processes for Company training (ie - reference aids, program guides or e-learning modules)
    • Provides critical information to the Restaurant Excellence and Communications team to assist with the launch of new functionality and/or cyclical Crew processes
    • Partners with IT to monitor Crew Resources integrations and troubleshoots errors
    • Performs other projects and duties as assigned

    • Experience with iCIMS a plus
    • Prior system implementation is a plus

     

    Qualifications

    Qualifications, Experience & Education

     

    • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or Information Technology or equivalent Workday experience
    • 5+ years supporting Crew Resources operations and related processes
    • 3+ years of prior HRIS (Workday) experience
    • Eligibility to lawfully work in the U.S. is required
