Position / Role Description
Crew Relations acts as the Voice of the Crew, protector of our Company and its Culture and Values. Their role is to listen & engage, always acting in a objective and consistent manner, in alignment with the Company’s organizational pillars, always doing the right thing. The Crew Relations Leader provides Crewmember support for Raising Cane’s multi-state, multi-unit business. Working directly with the designated Restaurant Leaders, Crew Relations Team Members, the Legal Team and Restaurant Management, the Crew Relations Leader-At Large is a dedicated resource to focus solely on Compliance and Crewmember issues and concerns. They will actively manage and resolve Crewmember issues and concerns across the Company wherever needed including harassment, discrimination, wage and hour, and other Raising Cane’s Crew Relations policies and compliance.

GENERAL SUMMARY:
The Business Analyst position serves as the functional analyst in support of Restaurant Support Office (RSO) business systems, primarily Workday Financials systems. This position will provide technical support to the Accounting/Finance team, partner on the analysis and business case development for interfaces, enhancements and business process changes, and drive the testing and acceptance of changes.

The Facilities Services Manager is responsible for the planning, organization, execution and communication regarding service related issues. Furthermore, he/she will act as the conduit for both the RSO and Facilities to deploy programs and elicit feedback. He/she handles all aspects of field management including the management of service providers to ensure quality, maintain brand standards, maximize life of company assets and assure that brand standards and procedures are achieved.

The New Restaurant Opening Regional Director is responsible for oversight of planning, scheduling, setup, onboarding, and training related to opening New Restaurants in their assigned region. The Director will build, maintain and lead teams as needed to handle a rolling 12-month pipeline of growth in their region – typically between 3-4 new openings per month. To ensure alignment to company initiatives and preparedness for growth, the Director will serve as a liaison between Company and NRO team leadership and their Regional teams, as well as the Business Unit teams they serve. This will include strategic planning, budget management, team hiring and development and on-site engagement as needed. Finally, he/she will assist with the analysis of NRO performance and with developing programs or processes to address any gaps and continually improve effectiveness, efficiency, and return on investment. This position requires 50-75% travel domestically.

The Level 1 IT Restaurant Support Specialist works closely with the Restaurant Support Team to ensure that all technical and deployed IT solutions are working to Raising Cane’s approved specifications. The Restaurant Support Analyst will serve as the owner of technical problems and will addressed and/or escalate to ensure issues are resolved quickly and efficiently. The Restaurant Support Analyst is also responsible for the execution of technology product testing and project plans as it relates to Raising Cane’s technology infrastructure

Area Leader of Recruiting, based in Lafayette, LA leads the process of sourcing and onboarding talent for New Restaurant Openings. He/She supports the talent acquisition efforts for existing Restaurant Operations and Restaurant Support Office positions and the Managers’ efforts to source Crewmembers. He/She promotes Cane’s Culture throughout the community.

Support Specialist I provides quality IT support with a high degree of customer service, technical expertise and timeliness. He/she identifies, researches, and resolves a variety of technical problems for all Above Restaurant users, including C Level, and RSO Systems through both on site and telephone support in a timely manner. In addition to providing support at the Dallas Support Office, this position is also responsible for providing remote support for additional regional support offices. Provide hands-on support to other IT teams including but not limited to Network Services, Business Applications, and other IT teams.

The Executive Assistant to the CEO provides organizational support in a one-on-one (1:1) working relationship and instructed support to Direct Reports as requested. The Executive Assistant serves as the primary contact point for internal and external constituencies. The ideal individual will be comfortable interacting within all levels of the business and must maintain high levels of confidentiality while providing top-tier support by preparing reports, handling information requests, preparing correspondence, receiving visitors, arranging conference calls, scheduling meetings, and planning travel.
The Executive Assistant must be creative and enjoy working on a small team with high impact focusing on overall Company functionality. The Executive Assistant will have the ability to work independently on projects, from conception to completion, and must be able to work under pressure at times to handle a wide variety of activities.

The Construction Manager will oversee all Restaurant construction related activities and projects and will ensure that all Restaurants are constructed in accordance with the approved construction drawings, on time and within budget. He/she is responsible to apply effective management techniques to the planning, design and construction phases of a new Restaurant project from inception to completion for the purpose of controlling cost, time & quality. He/she is expected to utilize management systems to promote the successful execution and completion of all capital projects via the utilization of systems and processes that promote effective coordination and communication between all parties.

The Payroll Specialist is primarily responsible for ensuring timely and accurate processing of the bi-weekly payroll. A strong ability to analyze/research payroll information, understand internal controls and collaboration with other departments is essential to success. Provides support to the Payroll Supervisor and Manager as needed.

The New Restaurant Opening Coordinator is responsible for coordinating all NRO systems, processes and administrative support for each Raising Cane’s New Restaurant Opening. He/she works diligently to successfully complete all assigned initiatives, activities and functions for New Restaurant Openings. He/she ensures an appropriate level of communication and assistance is maintained so that the New Restaurant Opening Training Specialists and NRO Trainers are supported as needed/necessary. The NRO Coordinator makes many professional interactions and must maintain high levels of confidentiality.
